Our Process

AEG specializes in “long game” events– those with a big picture goal in mind. Frequently, our events take six months to a year to plan, thus we focus on giving our energy to a small number of clients, for a large impact for their constituencies.

Phase 1: Design Plan Development

Collaborating with organizations, we bring a wealth of experience, proven process and original ideas resulting in creative strategies for unique, immersive and experiential events that convey key messages and promote organizational affinity. This is done through a rigorous and expansive process of facilitating organizations to articulate goals, identify key messages and create scenarios (both physical and other) that best serve the organization.

This results in a design plan that includes:

  • Identifying Goals

  • Identifying Audiences

  • Suggesting Scenarios

  • Developing Communication / Marketing Recommendations

  • Providing Schematic Designs

  • Providing Preliminary Budgets

Phase 2: Event Design & Realization

We bring the design plan to life by detailing out each aspect of the design plan through a highly collaborative feedback loop with the organization, our personnel, and trusted vendors. This process results in a refined and focused plan that capitalizes and showcases the organizations strengths for the event which is able to be realized. This results in a process that includes:

  • Detailed Schedule of Events – down to the minute

  • Identification of talent to showcase (both performance and other)

  • Approved talking points and scripts for each event

  • Design & engineered drawings for each event

  • Vendor bidding, selection and contracting

  • Budget oversight

Phase 3: Onsite Management

We bring professionals and vendors onsite to realize the plan alongside the client’s staff. Because these events are live, there is absolute commitment to flexibility up to the last minute.
